2024 – present | Beyond Your Shadow
In the beginning of 2024 I decided I needed a change. At Beyond Your Shadow, a leadership training company, I had the opportunity of being mentored by Vinnie Fisher. This is truly where I learned what it takes to build a business from the ground up. My main responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing task lists, creating content and designs for both LinkedIn and website as well as overseeing other team member’s tasks.
2021 – 2024 | Agência Niti
In 2021, during the pandemic, I founded an in-house advertising agency with a partner to meet the demands of a group of companies. From the beginning I was involved in every stage of each client and project. I executed concepts, planned projects, schedules and coordinated projects for more than 30 brands in just under 2 years. From websites, apps, social networks to communication strategies. I led a multifunctional team with more than 10 people.
2018 – 2019 | Agência BeBarra
At BeBarra I oversaw more than 10 clients. I was involved from meetings to the final approval of each project. With a focus on both digital and offline, I was able to understand the project pipeline of a small agency. I went through copywriting, video production, account management and primarily project management.
2018 | Ideia no Ar
Ideia no Ar is a technology startup focused on creating digital businesses and marketplaces. Despite focusing on sales, I managed to get closer to the Marketing team. We worked together to develop inbound marketing campaigns and attracting new clients.
2017 – 2018 | Impact Hub Curitiba
At Impact Hub I had my first work experience. I worked very closely with the financial and administrative team. I learned the routine and all the processes within a small company. Furthermore, through working in sales and organizing events, I developed two main areas that I am also interested in: account management and internal communication.
